By accessing or using ChartCraft ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChartCraft is an AI-powered dashboard design platform that helps users create, analyze, and improve data visualizations. The Service includes dashboard generation, analysis tools, and design recommendations.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

• Free plan: 120 tokens
• Pro plan: 1200 tokens per month at €9/month
• Studio plan: Custom pricing for enterprise needs

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChartCraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Dashboards you create using our Service remain your property.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including dashboard images and data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Dashboard images, insights, and recommendations produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. Generated dashboards are illustrative mockups: all figures, metrics, and data points they display are fictitious placeholders, not real data.

• In accordance with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, generated images contain embedded machine-readable metadata identifying them as AI-generated. You agree not to remove or alter this provenance metadata.
• If you publish or distribute generated content, you are responsible for disclosing its AI-generated nature where applicable law requires it.
• AI-generated insights and recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for design inspiration only — do not rely on them for business, financial, or legal decisions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To upload malicious content or viruses
• To infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChartCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
